Tanglefoot invites you back into the circle to celebrate what has always mattered most: the songs, the friendships, and the audiences who’ve shared the journey.
Over the years, Tanglefoot has grown and evolved, with wonderful musicians stepping in and out of the lineup along the way, each leaving their own mark on the music.
This series of performances reunites Canadian Folk Music Award winners Steve Ritchie, Al Parrish, Sandra Swannell Young, and Rob Ritchie. The band returns with the same heart, humour, and harmony that first brought everyone together.
They’re joined by Rob’s son, singer and multi-instrumentalist Josh Ritchie, who steps into the role once held by the late Terry Young, honouring both family and legacy as the music carries on.
In the spirit of reunion and celebration, a few familiar faces from past chapters may pop up for surprise appearances during these shows. Think of it as musical cameos from old friends, with shared memories brought back to life, and a few joyful moments you won’t see coming.
